From the day Archie wandered into the AGD parking lot, he has been amusing the customers and staff. Although he has retired from his day-to-day responsibilities, Archie still visits occasionally and allows each employee one-on-one time to scratch his head.
Founder & Owner
As personal assistant to our Mascot Emeritus, Archie, little time is left to pursue other activities but Teresa has managed to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company since she opened the doors in 1996. Being the 9th of 11 children, she definitely learned early how to effectively be part of and run a team which came in handy when starting a business. When she is not at work, Teresa enjoys baking her famous confections and crocheting. She also volunteers for Camp Aldersgate and is the former president of the board of directors.
Co-Owner & Project Manager
After joining Archway in 2005, Bart moved up the ranks from production & installation to his current position of Project Manager. Bart is the point-person for most of Archway’s major projects. He handles all aspects of estimating & manufacturing to production & installation. As a recovering graphic designer he occasionally contributes to the creative aspects of a project. In his free time Bart enjoys being outdoors, movie night with the family, and remodeling houses. Bart is a volunteer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
Outside Sales / Cheerleader
Jan is the social face of Archway. Since joining the company in 2008, she has been a tireless promoter and has still yet to meet a stranger. From the sound of Jan’s infectious laugh & jingling jewelry, she can always be located in the office. Jan is a volunteer for the American cancer society. She loves to cook and spend time with her grandchildren when she is out of the office. Jan is a volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
Production Manager & Lead Installer
Dustin joined the Archway team in early 2018 as an assistant installer. He quickly learned the ropes and moved up the ranks and is now Archway's lead installer and production manager. As the production manager, he works closely with our team on estimates and incoming projects, ensuring we have all the needed materials to meet or exceed our timeframe. Then he hits the road to install your signs, ensuring all ADA requirements are met and that the quality products you expect are installed with the same level of expertise.
When he is not running the shop, he is enjoying time with family and friends, enjoying the Arkansas outdoors, hunting and fishing. And of course, he is a tried and true Razorback fan!
